Hey,

I'm having issues accessing the rack simulator. I've tried a few browsers, no luck. All I get is a link to the graph, no graph is displayed. Clicking the link does nothing.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Are you trying the facebook version or the Spadout hosted version?

I just tried the version on Spadout Rack Simulator and it seems to be working smoothly.

Could you copy and paste the url that you are at (when the error occurs) and I trouble shoot it more.

Thanks for letting me know,
Mark

That's the URL I get when I click the link. I tried accessing it from Facebook, and I get an error there too.

Here is a link to what I see when I try to access it from spadout.com

Thanks for the quick reply.

Thanks. That pic will help a lot. Just give me an hour to replicate / patch.

Problem is patched. Let me know if that doesn't fix the problem and thanks again for bringing that to my attention.

If you like details: It had to do with the fact that the system was using both www. and non-www links and only the non-www links knew about your cookie. Added a line to redirect all non-www to www. links.

Thanks,
Mark
