I just bought a pair of volkl grizzly 170's . I couldnt pass them up $550.00 out the door .. Do you think it's to much ski for a intermediate skier .
I figured worse case , I would grow into them by mid season .

They are a big ski, but you will have fun once you grow into them.
Just make sure to do your preseason squats.

Skied them today at Keystone,Co . Awesome skis, they only like to go fast .

Yup they aren't made for going slow.
