Volkl Gotama
$399.83 - 699.95

Hey whats happenin? I just road yeasterday up here in montana and i just got some Volkl Gotoma 183s and they are a few years old the ones with the wood sidewall. Man, I hit a rock and the edge is bent up and the sidewall is splintered ans i was wondering if this could be repaired? These skis also do not have rocker if it can not be fixed what else does volkle have that would be similar?

Oh no! I suppose it would depend on the shop, but I know ours couldn't help you. You are in MT, so maybe there is a good tech you could show it to.

So, assuming you can't have them fixed, are you asking for a Volkl ski without rocker? They widened their whole line, especially their big mountain skis. The rocker (although, it isn't as pronounced as some manufacturers) is there to accommodate for that increased waist. The Kuro is their all-powder-all-the-time ski at 132mm under foot! The Katana is closer in dimensions to the Gotama, but still has their low-profile rocker.
