There are many steriPens - is there a difference between them besides weight (thinking performance here and battery life) - ie journey, emergency, classic,adventurer, traveler,etc.
Are they all compatible with the solar panel?
I will be traveling to Israel, and Malawi.

Hey,
All SteriPEN models provide the same basic function with regard to purifying effectiveness and time required to treat water.
I am going to direct you to their website, it is very detailed and outlines the information about all the products. You will want a model from the outdoor series.
The solar panel only charges batteries (CR123) which fit the Adventurer and Journey Models.
