I have justgot one, it says you can remove the earpads but I cant seem to no matter how hard i pull them? How do you get them out??

Hey there,
Have you tried pulling the chin straps out of the ear flaps first? They are looped through the ear flaps and snapped to inside of the helmet. That should do the trick. Hope this helps.
