Hey there,
I'd recommend you bring the binding and ski into a nordic ski shop and have it professional mounted. They have the proper jig that is needed to make sure the holes are drilled correctly. In some cases you can find a paper jig that might have come with the binding and which you could do it yourself. It can be tricky plus you'll need the proper size drill bit. Hope this helps.
