Hey there,
It's a basic nordic mount. 3 screws in the toe piece and a screw under each stick shown in the picture. The heel piece is free and needs to be adjusted to the length of your boot. It would be best to bring them to a nordic shop, they have all the proper gigs for mounting and can do a perfect job. And if they mess it up it's their mistake to fix and not on you if you mess up in your garage. Fairly inexpensive as well. Hope this helps.
