can I put fritchi free rides on my BC125's?

I would not recommend it, because they are much to aggresive of a binding for that ski. It is not designed to be pushed through the really steep stuff, which is what the free rides were designed for.
What type of terrain do you want to cover?

You can put a pair of freerides on there, but I would keep this ski as a tele ride, just because it is very soft.
