Can the liners be re-molded the next season? My 13 yo son has a pair of these and his feet grew. They are still within the boot/liner size, but just a bit bigger.

Just have him ride in them. Over the first few days the heat from the feet will push out the liners. Heat molding is really good for the first time, but it doesn't sound like it would benefit him much.
Heat molding and riding do the exact same thing and you want to keep heat molding to a minimum because it does damage the material.
