Hi there,

Not sure if you mean different from all other boards or different from other freestyle boards, so I will answer both.

It is different from most boards on the market in that it has very freestyle-specific features, meaning park/pipe. It is a true twin tip (equally good for riding forward and fakie), it has a centered stance (usually this is kicked back an inch or so to handle deeper snow--same reasoning as above), it has reinforced sidewalls (for taking a beating on rails and boxes), and it has some carbon stringers in it (for pop).

It is different from other freestyle boards in that it has a tuned core, which is a mixture of wood and secret other materials (supposedly for a good combo of pop and dampening) and it has a sintered base (holds wax better than extruded, but not as durable and therefore less often used in FS boards). Also, most freestyle boards that came out this year are rockered (which helps for spinning on the ground without catching an edge).

Pretty cool board if you spend all your time in the park/pipe.
