This is a great all mountain board. The carbon construction makes for a stiff light and quiet board that holds an edge at speed with great stability. It wouldn't be my first pick in the park, but it is certainly capable. It is put together much like a custom X and is the updated version of the Timeless. Not bad for $280.

thanks for your input, think the 164 is the proper size? If you were me would you buy this one, the duece or a ride yukon?

The Deuce is a pretty soft board, so it has a bit of a different focus. you'll be giving up some stability and edge grip at speed.

The Yukon is the wide version of the Concept TMS. You are on the borderline between a standard and wide board, so that can be up to you. Ride recommends a 168 for you in the TMS or, because it is wider/a touch stiffer, anything 164 or longer in the Yukon.

Both work for park and all mountain/backcountry, but don't plan on rails.
