It is not adjustable. It is sewn.

They come in diferent lengths, so you get to choose.

As with any sling, you can shorten it with a knot. Slings in use are better for anchors when you tie a knot and use two anchors. This is better if one anchor slips loose the second will hold you on its side of the knot.
Slings are very versitile tools for climbing, anchoring and getting gear up the crag! I've even used them to make the distance to a tree when setting up tarps and hammocks.
