Does anyone make a climbing helmet bigger than 25". The Ecrin Roc just fits, but I'm going to need to put a beanie underneath. Any information would be appreaciated.

This is to my knowledge it's largest climbing helmet made. Most max out at 61cm (24") whereas the ecrin goes to 63cm.
The best solution might be finding a thinner cap.
This is my favorite for most trips:
It's a thin fleece that takes the edge off, but doesn't make me sweat.
If you're looking for more warmth, this one is thicker with windstopper:
After that, you're probably relying on your shell hood to add more warmth.
