How does the Patagonia pictured here compare to the Mont Bell model (both for women) in fit and warmth?

The Mont Bell is lighter with a little less warmth. The Patagonia will be slightly warmer. The Mont Bell is more form fitted than the Patagonia. But the fits are not greatly different.
