How does the attachment system work? I am looking for a system that allows easy access to my water bottles. The holders on my pack can not be reached unless I take my pack off. What part of the pack would the tote be fastened? The option I have been using is to use a caribiner to fasten to waterbottle to a strap on the pack, but this system allows the bottle to bang around and be a pain!

Thanks.

Charles

Hi Charles,

This has a velcro strap that fastens to any horizontal strap on the pack (although, it works best on straps, pads, or daisy chains that are at least 3" wide). Most people attach it to their pack's hip belt for easy access to their water. And, it's got a firm plastic piece built in to the strap, so it doesn't flop around!
