No, it will not filter out fluoride.

It will not FILTER out fluoride and chlorine, however, the activated carbon in the core of the filter will remove almost all of it by bonding to it. It is the same compound as is in your Brita.

And FYI, actually the chlorine in the PURIFIER version is effective against viruses. That is what makes it a purifier.
