Guru, I'm curious as to how this tent will hold up in rain...being a 2-season tent...and fly-less.

Hello,
The material is 1500 mm waterproof fabric. You won't have much trouble for waterproofing. The main reason this tent is a two season is because of the size of it (Not very wind resistant).
