is the lamina 0 light and compact?

Depends on what you are looking for, it weight just over 4 pounds and the included stuff sack is 8.5 in x 18 in. Not a large bag size, but you can get smaller. At this price point though it is a good quality bag, and a decent size. Unless you are doing something really extreme where every ounce counts. Its a great bag.
