Did you ever get the conversion done? Top caps only require a cassette socket and cresent wrench or 15/16 socket. I'm just not sure where the plastic adaptor goes as I have not been able to remove the adjuster knob on the left tube bottom and pull the fork apart?

Gots ta love Marz they pulled the service manuals off the web site. Generally a adjuster knob is held in place by a bolt down the center, could be either a phillips or allen.
