Hi there,
The Kong and BD sizes are quite different, since within each size, the BD has a much wider range. Look here for the Kong Sizes and here for the Black Diamond Sizes
The Kong cams are definitely inexpensive if you are trying to fill up your rack, but most people would recommend you get the Black Diamonds. Smooth, bomber.
