I just bought k2 sonic bindings with Head boots(12) and a k2 anagram snowboard.. when I attach the boots to the bindings the toe strap doesnt seem to be centered ( everything is tight). I would like to know if that is normal with this kind of fix

You can recenter it by adjusting the strap on the inside (opposite the ratcheting buckle). You'll see a series of punched holes and a screw. You'll only have to do this once to fit to your boots.

Do I need to unscrew the bindings off the snowboard to do that? because I see that strap with the punched holes but the screw doesn't appear...

Look on the fabric part of the strap next to where it meets the plastic with the holes. It may be a thumb screw with a cover.
