Hello i would like to know if the hope 70mm 25 degree stem will 25.4 bars work or do i need 38.1

This is designed around the 31.8. It is a good investment if you are riding lots. You will notice the stiffness right away.

You can install shims to fit a 25.4 bar to the 31.8 stem clamp also.
