I bought a pair of these on ebay and they didn't have the liner in them when I received them. Is there any way to buy the liners separately?

Oh no! No, they come with the liners. Probably the most important part of the boot.
You will likely have to order them directly from Forum: 877-327-4484. It may not be cheap, though...
