I have seen a good deal for this snowboard on ebay, however I am a beginner and prefer mountain riding, would this board be suitable?

Hi Corrie,
I know it is tempting to get a freestyle board because they can often be found for really cheap. The problem with a strictly freestyle board is that is is a noodle (soft). This is great when you are learning to get your turns down and when you are playing in the park. When you are going fast and carving, it will not hold a edge as well. [Also, I don't know if it is used, but a used freestyle board can also be risky to buy online because if would have been thrashed on.]
Unless you: 1. Don't intend on going more than once or twice a season, or 2. If you are striving to be mostly a freestyle rider, you may be happier for longer on something that is a little more all-mountain. Some great deals on quality, all-mountain boards right now are the
