Hi there,

Assuming you aren't talking about race bindings, that is a super hard question to answer since there is no industry-wide measurement. I can tell you, in general, that more expensive freeride bindings are usually the stiffest. They usually all have metal bases (or carbon fiber) and carbon fiber or fiberglass in the highback.

Some examples are

and Union Force-MCs (I don't think we have them on our site yet).

Stiffness of the binding is only part of the picture for responsiveness, of course. What are the base plates made of? What is the hole pattern (ex. how many screws can you get in them)? How much dampening is built in to them? How stiff are the straps and how much padding is in there? How is the binding attached (ex. Burton ICS/EST system) How stiff are your boots? How much do you weigh? But you know all that, cuz if you want a stiff binding, you have been riding for a long time.

The Flux are fairly stiff, but I don't think they are the stiffest. I'd look at K2, Burton, and Union.

Melissa
