what is the difference between flow minx and flow essence?

Hello,
The flow minx, is a softer binding designed for all mountain riding. The Essence is a stiffer bindings and is more suited to a mix of all mountain and freestyle. If you are a mountain cruiser get the minx, if you hit up the park get the essence.
