Hi!
could you tell me if Fischer AMC 73 are any better than Nordica Hot Rod Nitrous or Head Xenon xi 8.0?

Well,
It is not a really fair comparison, the Fischer model is quite old. But, out of the three for the most useful all mountain is the Nordica Hot Rod, it is wider than the Xenon and the AMC 73. If you are looking for something to rip the entire mountain from those three, I suggest the Nordica. The Fischer skis are good, but looking at the only site selling them. I am not sure if they are actually available.
Notably there isn't huge difference but the Head ski would be my lowest choice.
