Hello,
The Dynafit is designed for mobility out of the skis. There is a rockered sole which allows for a better walk. As well it fits crampons exceptionally well. If you will be mixing in lots of on boot time in your tours this is a good way to go.
The Scrapa is the race horse boot, designed to get you up the hill fast. If you are interested in shaving time, mainly in races this is a great boot.
They are both lighter weight boots but serving different purposes.
