Hi, I want to buy my first pair of double boots, so I'm not sure which one to go for. After a lot of reading and research, I'm wondering between these three: Scarpa Omega, Scarpa Inverno and Asolo AFS Evo. I have read reviews of people saying that Omega is more technical than Inverno (which is warmer I guess), but how are the Asolo? Anybody? Thanks a lot!

What do you want to do with the boots? None of the plastics are technical compare to the wide range of options out there like Spantik, Phantom 600, Baruntse, etc. Inverno is prefect for slogging, if you worry about warmth, throw a pair of intuition liners in them and you can go pretty high.

I'm planning on climbing Elbrus in august. I'm more concern about the comfort of the boot than the warmth (since Elbrus is not that high). There are a lot of reviews about the Omega and Inverno, but almost none for the Asolos... Maybe I'll just get a pair of the Omega... Thanks a lot!
