can i know what to put into this bags, i've bought one, but i didnt know how to suit the compartment with all the things i have, to make it look compact, like in the picture. for your infomtion, i am an active mountain climber, so a compact and comfortable bag is important. please help me. tq.

Well I am not sure what you need to fill it with, all climbers have different styles. I would suggest you just practice at home with different combinations.
In general, light gear should be on the bottom. Heavy gear against the back and medium weight taking up the rest of the space.
