Is this a good bag to take to a 1 month trip to Europe? Is it safe to carry money, and passport, camera? can a small water bottle fit?

To address security, a lot of people buy something like this for their important stuff (passport, travelers checks, etc.) while they are sightseeing. It goes under your shirt.
What countries are you going to? Are hosteling or staying in hotels? I am envious... :)
