How warm are these really? The description acts like they are winter gloves. I need them to be acceptable below 30-degrees. If not, would the Vincente or the Forza be better? Or, should I just change brands and go for Fox or Izumi?

How much intensity will you be riding with?

I average about 18.5 mph for 1.5-2.0 hrs.--generally between 30-37 mi./day.

My heart rate sits at about 150bpm on the flats.

Nothing really starts getting cold until about the hour mark, OR when the sun goes down. We have a very dry climate in E. Idaho, but I ALWAYS ride into a wind on the way out of at least 15mph.

Thx, BHW

Yes,

It sounds like you are looking for more performance and less warmth. The windproof material will keep your hands warm, without your hands being damp all the time.

The only real performance I need is to be able to push my Mp3 buttons. The Super Nanos appear to have very high-tech wind fabric, and that might just be enough to sheild the wind. Thanks Matt.--Bret
