i am an intermediate rider...looking for an all terrain board. Is this only a park board?

It's designed as a freestyle board, but has charachteristics to make it work in variable conditions. Because of the softer park flex, it's very forgiving, but won't feel quite as stable at super high speeds on hardpack.
As an intermediate rider, you may not get to those speeds, but if you're thinking of heading that direction you might look at this for a more all mountain focus:
