Help,

I have always bought the bog standard burton boots, but i find that i have to do them up real tight which hurts my feet, do you think that buying a more expensive pair will help, ie the burton ruler, or if not those can you suggest another brand which do a decent pair of boots for between 150 and 200 pounds?

There are a couple of features with the Ruler boots that you might appreciate. The biggest is the thermo-moldable liner that allows you to mold it to your foot. This will ensure a better transfer of power from your foot through your boots to your board. It should also eliminate some of the empty space around your foot by customizing the fit to you.

The second feature is the speed zone lacing system that dramatically improves the ease with which you can get the boot evenly laced up.

These two features should definitely help in getting a better fit in your snowboard boots.

Thanks,

Justin
