how many pounds support the loop? or the harness is tested?

I'm not sure exactly what your question is, but this harness is plenty strong for any human that can fit inside it.
The tie in points and the Belay loop are full strenght (meaning that they are more than 25KN load (5000 lbs) but are more likely closer to a 50KN strength.
What are you using it for?

I need good one for rappel....but not expensive...and I find this but Im not sure it really strong enought or suitable for rappel. I appreciate your opinion.Thanks for your help.
