when tying in, does it matter which loop you go in first(@ the waist vs the one near the leg)?

 | Anon,
The most important element to remember is to utilize two points of contact when tying in: the loop on the bridge (lower part) and the belt (waist). As for the order in which you thread them, I find it easier to go through the bridge first, so the rope tail is coming up and towards you through the belt loop, above the original knot, which makes retracing the eight easier to see/do.

 | I prefer to come in from the bottom loop at leg loop and then through the waist loop. It makes tie ing the knot easyer for me... As long as you get both tie in points and the knot is dressed correctly it dose not really matter which direction to start from.

 | Bottoms up is how I live my life...as long as you hit the two points you are solid though.

 | tying in from the bottom makes tying in a little easier, but either way, 2 points of contact
