I'm a east coast skier, advance intermidate, 5'11" 210 lbs, was on Line Prophet 90 this past season, but it chattered alot on hard packed, was told that the whiteout might be the ski to go to, what is your opinion, should I stay with the Line or would the whiteout be agood 2nd ski.

 | The nomad whiteout's are a great hard charging skier for someone how is on the mountain 20-40 days (Weekends). They would be good for an east coast ski paired with the prophets for when the deep stuff is there.
They are designed for the hard charging you want and they are going for a very good price.
If you have the cash I would pick them up because they are more suited to the majority of conditions when compared to the prophet.

 | Excellent, thanks I picked up the Atomics and also bought a pair of used 2008 Fischer Cold Heat for $200.00, use to ski Fischers, not really familiar with this ski, let a buddy coach me into buying these, do you know anything about these skis?

 | Cold heat are great skis. They are good for pushing through crud, and riding the entire mountain. Not as versatile as the Nomads.
For 200 bucks they sound like a great early and late east coast ski. And something to take into the trees when you are not sure what you will be running into.
