I am an advanced teleskier around 220 lbs. My previous ski was 190 cm (72 mm waist) and I was looking to shorten up with this much fatter ski. I was looking at the 174 cm length, but don't want to go too short and give up stability at speed and flotation on powder days. I am an east coast skier that deals with hardpack conditions and tight trees on a regular basis so I am looking for quick turning set-up. What would you recommend, the 174cm or the 182cm?
