We recently deleted multiple retailer reviews. This action will not affect any "normal" users on Spadout.

Like always we work to improve the quality of information and reviews on Spadout.com. Recently we had a surge of people (or maybe competitive stores; this is being researched) adding negative reviews against retailers. We support users adding negative reviews but having one person inflate their opinion by creating multiple aliases to damage the reputation of a company decreases the accuracy of our reviews.

What we have done to fix the problem:
- developed an anti-spam system that monitors for aliases and other hostile activity
- alias user's reviews were removed
- new cred system to increment the value of experienced Spadout users.
- require email confirmation for user's who wish to add retailer reviews
