Want to join the Spadout team? We need another Gear Guru.

Position: Gear Guru (Part time, 10-20 hours per week)

The job will include answering customer gear questions, sorting products and quality assurance.

You must have an extensive knowledge of road bikes, mtb, ski and snowboarding gear. Ideal candidates should have worked for an outdoor retailer or manufacturer for at least 3 years. You must know all four sports as well as be comfortable answering technical gear questions. You must actively participate in at least 2 sports listed on Spadout.

Location:

You can work from wherever you want as long as you have a reliable high speed internet connection, phone and computer. You must be a US citizen (or have a valid green card as well be able to legally work in the US), self motivated and comfortable managing yourself. All employees at Spadout work remotely. We communicate via instant messenger and video chat.

Schedule:

Any time between 8am-5pm central on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (you can arrange your hours on 2 days instead of 3 if desired).

Compensation: $11 / hr starting.
