If I am normally a size women's 30 waist...what size snowboarding pant do I need? Particularly Burton pants.

Hello,
You will fit a size L burton snowboard pant. This will be variable for each manufacturer, but they all have detailed size charts.
Burton has there styles of fit. the first is team fit, most baggy, then sig fit, not baggy, but not tight, and slim fit.
Depending on your body shape you will need to pay attention to this as well.
