I am an Assistant Scoutmaster for a new Boy Scout Troop. I am looking for something that I can give all of the kids in our troop. I came up with the idea of headlamps but I wanted to replace the elastic straps with custom ones that were the color of the neckerchiefs and have our Troop number on them. Anyone know of a website that I might be able to find what I'm looking for?

You mentioned the elastic strap, however have you looked into a headlamp that you can have embroidered instead. Please check this out and hopefully this helps you out a bit:

Of course I have no idea what this would cost... also if you purchased the headlamps you could take them to a local embroidery shop.
