If you have to choose between the two, then momentum. If you have more options, I would go with the new Couloir.

If you are just using it for roped glacier travel and some light belaying then I would look into this harness. It is super cheap, super light, and really easy to put on/take off over layers and crampons.
The downside is that it isn't recommended for general climbing/belaying since there is no belay loop, so it is pretty much a mountaineering-only harness.
