Introduction to SRT
Single Rope Technique (SRT) is primarily used by cavers, big wall climbers (for ascending and hauling haul bags) and people needing access to buildings for maintenance purposes. Its scope includes ascending and descending methods, methods for switching between ascending and descending rigs on rope, passing rebelays, setting up anchors and rope rigging techniques.
