Homemade Powerbars Homemade Power Bars
1/4 cup of butter
4 eggs
1 cup of flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup milk powder
3/4 cup oats
1 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 cups raisins
2 1/2 cups walnuts (walnuts are pricey so if need be another nut will work)
3/4 cup chocolate chips (if the weather is going to be really hot you might want to leave these out because they will melt)
Mix it all together.
Pour into 9x13 pan (grease pan first).
Bake 30 minutes, let cool.
